ICC rankings: Varun Chakraborty has reached the top of the T20 bowling list

Dubai, September 17 (IANS). The Indian Spinner Varun Chakraborty beat the fresh T20 bowlers of the ICC above the ranking of the Jacob Dafi of New Zealand. Varun Chakraborty surpassed his career for the first time in his career and jumped three places. Before Chakraborty, Jasprit Bumrah and Ravi Bishnoi won the number 1 place in the ICC T20 International Bowlers rankings. 34 -Year -We Varun Chakraborty took 1 wicket for only 4 runs against the UAE in the Asia Cup 2025. He took 1 wicket for 24 runs against Pakistan. Indian bowlers are now at the top of the test and the T20 bowlers rankings. Jasprit Bumrah is present as the number 1 bowler in the red ball format. Kuldeep Yadav, leading India’s spin invasion in the current Asia Cup, jumped 16 places to the 23rd position. Kuldeep Yadav took 4 wickets against the UAE, while three wickets against Pakistan. Australia’s Adam Jampa moved from one point to fourth place, while Nuwan Tushara of Sri Lanka jumped six places to finish sixth. In this list, Slfiyan Mukim of Pakistan climbed four places to the 11th position, while Abrar Ahmed reached 16th position with 11 places. Akshar Patel of India jumped one place to 12th place.
