The work for which the Court refused Azaram did the same, not getting bail, what was that job

A hearing was held in the Rajasthan High Court on Wednesday for the interim bail of self -proclaimed religious leader Azaram, serving a life sentence in the case of sexual exploitation. However, the court gave no relief at the moment and the case remained indiscriminate. Now the next hearing will be held on this petition on April 7. Asaram acknowledged at the Asaram Hospital after surrendering in Jodhpur jail, on Tuesday afternoon after the end of his interim bail period at Jodhpur Central Jail. After about ten o’clock he was admitted to a private hospital in Pali Road at about 11:30 pm. It is said that he was taken to hospital due to the weakened health. When the victim objected, the court sought an affidavit. The Supreme Court has asked both sides of the case – Asaram and the victim – to submit an affidavit. The victim’s lawyer argued in court that Asaram had already violated the bail conditions so that her interim bail should not be increased. On this, the court asked the lawyer of Asaram if he had violated the conditions of the Supreme Court by giving a discussion during bail. The court sought a clear answer to this. The Gujarat High Court granted interim bail. The Gujarat High Court granted Asaram an interim three -month bail in the Surat Rape case. However, he will not be able to get out of jail until he gets relief from the Rajasthan High Court. In two cases, Asaram was sentenced to life imprisonment in two cases against Azaram, two serious cases of sexual abuse, in which he was sentenced to life imprisonment. The first case is from Jodhpur, where he was arrested in 2013 on charges of raping a minor girl. The second case is from Gujarat, where a woman from Surat claimed that Asaram sexually abused her several times in Gandhinagar Ashram. In January 2023 he was also sentenced to life imprisonment in this case. It has yet to be seen what decision the Supreme Court will give on April 7. Share this story -tags
