Avoid caffeine and nicotine not to drink caffeine and nicotine, as caffeine is a diuretic and thus increases the thirst and the body’s need for water, we advise you to replace it with natural juices, and you should keep smoking from smoking because it causes dry mouth and a thirst. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Avoid exposure to sunlight, especially by noon, due to the relatively high temperatures, which in turn leads to an increase in the feeling of thirst and the need for large amounts of water. Exercise after breakfast is preferable to exercise shortly after breakfast and not during fasting to replace the fluids and minerals you lose during exercise.
