The GDA wants to take the land of eight towns with permission from farmers for the Harnandipuram scheme. He will not give land to GDA at all costs. On August 11, a letter by GDA was sent to the Assistant Inspector General Seal and Registration Ghaziabad. In which the circuit rate of these towns was asked not to rise. If the administration does not increase the circular rate, he will sit on the collector. He will meet the main minister.
