Ari mentions the findings of alleged poisoning because there was a system error in BGN. “Suggest us to transfer it to Pak Prabowo. First, stop the MBG program now. It’s not a technical error, but the system error in BGN is because it spreads in different regions,” Ari said at the meeting. Browse to continue with the content, he hopes that students should not be made a political target. Ari requested that the safety and growth and development of children to be prioritized at this time. “So the child should not make some of the targets of political programs that eventually leave the safety of children and growth and development of children,” Ari said. “So we respectfully ask the ladies and gentlemen members of the Council, members of Commission IX, convey this recommendation to the president, and we ask to stop MBG and total evaluation,” he said. Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives Commission IX Charles Honoris said it was not the authority of his party to submit the proposal to dismiss MBG. He mentions that the task of commission IX was to oversee BGN and give recommendations. “Earlier than the advice of or recommendations of JPPI to stop the program, to the president to stop the program, this forum may not be here, Sir,” Charles said. “Our partner is BGN. We have the task of evaluating and supervising BGN so that we want a recommendation to evaluate them so that similar events do not happen again,” he added. He said the problem was stopped or not the full authority of President Prabowo. This PDIP legislature assesses that MBG is one of the government’s priority programs for which there is still fought. “If the problem is stopped or not, this policy will be the president, if he does indeed feel that this program is no longer needed, it could stop,” Charles said. “Earlier, if Pak Edi said, the 1.2 recommendation was not executed, it could be stopped, but at the moment the president still believed that it was a strategic program that wanted to be carried out and that the budget was also prepared. Therefore, I am all the same priority, how to stop the same,” he added. (DWR/ISA)
