In 2012, the physical reference rehabilitation center (PRRC) was established below, the work of which was to give prostheses and medical facilities to the disabled, but it is clear from the documents received under the right to information (RTI) that these institutions were only active on paper and that government funds are being abused. Kundan Singh Thakur, a Raipur resident, submitted a pill in 2018 on the matter. The petition claims that without appointment of employees in these institutions, salaries are withdrawn in their name. The requester also said that a false record was also taken out in his name, while he never worked there. The total amount of this scam is told to more than a thousand crore calls.
