He was always discussed in history because of his strange decisions. The policy is called ‘Tughlaqi decision’. Tughlaq was extremely trained and did many experiments in administration. It was his most important decisions to introduce token currencies, take away agricultural reforms and Daulatabad from the capital Delhi. The most disputed decision was to move the capital to Delhi Daulatabad. He forced the entire population in Delhi to go with him. However, thousands of people died on their way as they went from Delhi to Daulatabad. The weather and water scarcity of Daulatabad has become a big problem. Forced to bring Tughlaq back to the capital to Delhi, but this decision had a profound influence on his image. He also implemented the tokengality, but the decision was mistakenly utilized, causing the economy to collapse and it had to be back. Historians believe that Tughlaq’s policy was good, but her cruel attitude and haste could not fail her. He forced himself to implement his decisions. His greatest weakness was to doubt his own people and to give strict punishment. Due to its unsuccessful policy, the sultanate gradually began to weaken.
