Jharkhand: ACB's most important action in forest land fraud, raids in six places of businessman Vinay Singh

Ranchi, September 28 (IANS). The Anti -Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Jharkhand started raids at his six places at the same time, including the garage of the car, Vinay Kumar Singh’s residence and office in the Forest Land scam in the Hazaribagh district. The ACB arrested Vinay Singh on the evening of September 25. It is alleged that, along with IAS officer Vinay Kumar Choubey and other government officials, he received illegal deposits on the reported forest land in 2013. Later, the then DFO of the Hazaribagh East Forest Division said in a report that any non-incorrect activity or an incro adjustment to the reported forest was a violation of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and the Forest Protection, 1980. of the government of India. After this, this Jamabandi was canceled as illegal. The ACB began investigating this year in this case. The investigation revealed that the non-Majrua diversity of the jungle nature country, which was placed in the Dear Forest category, was illegally filed in the name of Vinay Singh and his wife Snigdha Singh. This process was completed when Ias Vinay Chaubey worked as Deputy Commissioner of Hazaribagh. The Bureau says the accused has manipulated government records and tried to convert the government’s land to the value of rupees in private ownership. Vinay Singh was arrested for confirming the involvement in the investigation. ACB sources said documents and electronic equipment are being investigated in the raids.
