Man attacked after he tried to stop a robbery saturday night in the loop

A 38-YEAR-OLD MAN WAS ATTACED AFTER HE TRIED TO STOP A ROBBERY IN THE LOOP SATURDAY NIGHT, Chicago Police Said.

The man attempted to prevent theft around 8 pm in the 100 block of South State Street. His Face Sweed, and he sufferered a cut on the back of his neck. He was taken to the Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Stable Condition, Acciting to Police.

The Allegated Thief, A 22-Yaar-Old man, was takeen into custody.
