Retired employee of the airline killed his wife in Mumbai, both have been living separately for a long time
A shocking incident came to light in the Powai area of Mumbai, where a 60 -year -old retired airline employee Rajiv Chandrakant Lala Shalini Devi, a 54 -year -old woman living in his separate existence, was strangled. Police have arrested the accused and the investigation into the case is underway. The couple, who has lived separately since 1995 due to domestic dispute, said that Rajiv Chandrakant Lala and Shalini Devi married in 1993, but due to domestic controversies, they have lived separately since 1995, just two years after marriage. DCP Dutta Kishan Nalavade informed that accused Rajiv had come to his wife’s home on Saturday night to take documents. During this time there was an argument between the two about something. After the argument, according to police, the strangled throat became angry and killed Shalini Devi by pressing the pillow. After committing the crime, the accused Rajiv escaped from the place, but he hurriedly left his cellphone and car keys there. Both of these were an important evidence for the police, with the help of accused Rajiv Chandrakant Lala. DCP Nalavade confirmed that a case of murder was registered against the accused Rajiv. Police are currently questioning the accused, so that the entire reason behind the murder and the links of incidents can be added during the incident.
