He emphasized that BSNL’s Silver Jubilee is a celebration of flexibility, national service and new pace with indigenous technology. Singh said that E-Sim Seva was also started by BSNL, the formal inauguration will soon take place. He said that e-Sim would be safer than the existing SIM. He described the functions of a 4-G mobile tower on the basis of foreign technology, saying that they would ensure reliable and high-speed mobile service. The tower offers 4G coverage to the villages and tribal areas of Lahaul and Spiti, Kinnraur, Pangi, Bharmour, Tissa areas of Himachal Pradesh and 881 non -coveted towns and tribal areas. With reference to the increase in the confidence of ordinary people in BSNL in the state, Charan Singh said Himachal Pradesh Telecom Circle increased from Rs 260 crore in 2023-24 to Rs 325 crore in 2024-25, which is a 25 percent revenue growth.
