Jammu, October 3 (IANS). Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board once again gave a major update on the Vaishno Devi Yatra. The Shrine Board informed three days about postponing Vaishno Devi Yatra. Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board posted on the social media platform ‘X’ and said that the Vaishno Devi Yatra will be postponed from October 5 to 7, 2025 in light of the advice of the Department of Bad Weather released by the Indian Meteorological Department and will resume on October 8. Explain that more than 35 pilgrims have lost their lives and that more than ten people were injured due to landslides on Mata Vaishno Devi Temple Route during extremely bad weather on August 26 in the Jammu section. As a result, Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra was postponed. After the landslide in Katra, the administration recently issued an order to vacate the hotels and Dharamshalas.
