Famous chef Sanjeev Kapoor remembers the golden journey of his career
Mumbai, October 4 (IANS). India’s famous chef Sanjeev Kapoor shared his inspirational story with fans on Saturday and remembered his old days on social media. He said his brilliant journey started with Mumbai’s famous restaurant ‘Yellow Chile’, from where his dreams flew. Sanjeev Kapoor shared an old picture on Instagram smiling with his colleagues. With this photo he wrote a caption that named the journey from the beginning of his career to the television program. He wrote: “From the beginning to my TV show, every story of my life is special from the beginning to the executive chef in the Centur Hotel. Now the story behind my first restaurant ‘Yellow Chile’ is the time to bring you to you, from where my dreams got a new direction.” He further stated that ‘Yellow Chile’ was not only a restaurant, but it was a symbol of his dreams, challenges and passion. This restaurant not only brought his career to new heights, but also helped to recognize Indian food on a global stage. Sanjeev Kapoor promised his fans that he would share inexplicable stories of this journey in his new video series ‘Khazana’. He called on the fans to see this special episode, which would have his early struggle, hard work and success story. This episode shows the installation of their first restaurant, The Challenges and Moments of Happiness. Chef Sheev Kapoor has won the hearts of many people through his food. He made a diploma in hotel management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Nutrition, Pusa, New -Delhi, and began his career in 1984. In 1992 he became the latest executive chef at the Centur Hotel in Mumbai. He became popular with the host of a TV show in 1992 and made a name from house to house. The special thing is that this TV show lasted 18 years and aired in 120 countries. Sanjeev Kapoor also owns a restaurant chain in India and abroad. He was also a former CEO and co-founder of SODEXO.
