During the court hearing, Advocate Tarun Narang, who appeared for the accused, argued that the case was actually of love relationship, not rape. The mother of the victim deliberately hides her so that the bail of the accused can be stopped. At the same time, the special prosecutor argued that the consent of the minor is not valid. He opposed the bail pleader and said it was a serious case of sexual exploitation. The lawyer who appeared on behalf of the mother of the victim argued that the victim acknowledged in her statement that a physical relationship with the accused was formed. Therefore, the accused cannot get relief by calling it a love relationship. However, the court granted bail with certain conditions. The evidence involves tampering with evidence or not affecting the witnesses and leaving the country without the consent of the court.
