International Narco terrorism case: NIA lies the charge sheet by 8 more accused if

New -delhi, October 7 (IANS). The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against eight more accused in the 2020 international Narco-Attankistic network case. The NIA has set up a conspiracy of Narco-Attitude, which was filed by Simranjit Singh Sandhu in Italy, Australia-based Tanveer Bedi and Ankush Kapoor in India, in their 8th supplementary charge sheet in the Special Court in Ahmedabad. Apart from these three, the NIA also nominated the Pakistan Burgers Tariq alias Bhaijaan, Gagandeep Singh Arora, Tamanna Gupta, Sukhbir Singh alias Happy and Anwar Christ in the charge page. Of these, four accused, including Simranjit Singh, Tanveer Bedi, Tariq and Gagandeep Arora, are absolute. According to the investigation, Simranjit Singh was the Chief Master of this syndicate, while Ankush Kapoor was the main entry in India to run the soil activities in Punjab. Tariq Aka Bhaijaan played an important role in the smuggling, distribution of heroin from Pakistan and the financing of Lashkar-e-Taiba operative. At the same time, Tanveer Bedi, who desired in Australia, was involved in the transfer of drug income by international Hawala channels for the terrorist activities of Lashkar-E-Taiba. The NIA investigation revealed that the plot of drug design in India was distributed to many states, including Gujarat, Delhi, Punjab and Chandigarh and many countries such as Italy, Australia, the UAE, Pakistan, Iran and Thailand. The NIA has so far arrested a total of 26 accused in the case, while eight accused are away.
