TMC calls vandalism in the party office in Tripura an attack on democracy

Kolkata, October 7 (IANS). The party targeted the BJP over the sabotage at the office of the All India Trinamole Congress in Tripura. TMC wrote on social media platform X that the violent attack by BJP -backed Goons is not only his aggression, but an open attack on democracy. If people in power make use of violence to silence their opponents, they do not show their power, but show fear and moral bankruptcy. It was further written in the post that the BJP is talking about ‘salvation of democracy’, while the basis of the states is being done. They can destroy offices, tear posters and threaten workers. However, they cannot break the feeling of resistance in every Trinamole worker and every citizen who believes in justice. We will not be silent. We won’t come back.
