290 drug cases are investigated in Rajasthan, 15 days ultimatum ... then Swift Action will begin
After the death of children in cough syrup in Rajasthan, the drug trafficking is exposed. Severe cases that threaten public health are emerging. Investigation found that samples of medicines for different diseases failed the test over the past year. However, this medicine is still being sold in the market. The investigation revealed that the failed samples include all from antibiotics to pills for serious illnesses such as heart attack. Now the investigation into false medicine will be expedited in this case. The drug control commissioner said that a total of 290 cases are under the preliminary investigation and will be completely resolved within 15 days. Former drug controller Rajaram kept the files of all the samples to himself, whereby he was suspended. The commissioner also said that prima facie appears to have been deliberately done, that is, the officer deliberately hindered the process. He said that since many companies have their headquarters in other countries outside Rajasthan, the state government is now sending its officials there to investigate the cases. Investigation into 290 cases of false medicine will be completed soon and strictly against the culprits will be done. It is noteworthy that an internal investigation conducted by the medical department found that 290 samples of different pharmaceutical businesses in Rajasthan failed. However, this medicine is openly sold in the market. Many of these companies are located in other countries, so the department’s teams will also go to other states and reflect these pharmaceutical factories. Share this story -tags
