Bihar: STF attacks at the home of LJP ram Vilas leader Ayub Khan in Siwan, a large number of weapons repaired.

Siwan, October 8 (IANS). A major police action was seen in Siwan before the Bihar meeting election. On Wednesday morning, a joint team of STF and district police attacked the home of the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) leader Ayub Khan in the Giyaspur village Siswan police station. During this, police have recovered AK-47, carbine, double barrel gun and a large amount of living cartridges. According to the information, police received secret information that members of the gang of Ayub Khan and his brother Raees Khan are planning a major criminal incident. Based on the same information, a special team was formed late at night under the leadership of SP Manoj Kumar Tiwari, and in the early morning attacks at various places in Gyaspur village were started at the same time. SP Manoj Kumar Tiwari gave information, saying that three people, Abdul Kalam Azad, Babu Ali and Sameena Khatoon, were arrested during the action. The attack was led by police officer (Sadar-1) Ajay Kumar Singh. The team of STF, District Intelligence Unit and Siswan police station made this operation successful. During the attack, Ayub Khan and some of his co -workers fled from the place. Police have conducted a search operation in the surrounding fields and gardens, but currently Ayub Khan has not been arrested. SP said several teams were established to look for the absolutely accused and that arrests are expected soon. Ayub Khan recently joined the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), while his brother Raees Khan claimed the ticket of the Raghunathpur seat. According to sources, these two brothers, with the help of political influence, reactivated their old criminal network. The police are now trying to find out where such a large number of weapons are coming from and whether it is linked to any gang for external arms. Superintendent of police Manoj Kumar Tiwari said: “This action is a great success for Siwan police and STF. We have received a great deal of weapons and ammunition. Every person involved in this network will be identified and action will be done. There will be no laxity due to any political pressure.” He further informed that Raees Khan is already accused in 52 cases and facing serious charges of murder, extortion and illegal weapons.
