The transfer men fired indiscriminately at the FCI loading point in Dhanbad, one injured
Dhanbad, October 9 (IANS). On Thursday afternoon, people from a carrier panicked by shooting indiscriminately at the FCI (Food Corporation of India) railways charging point located at Barmasia under the Dhansar police station in the Dhanbad district of JSARKHand. A truck driver Shravan Yadav was injured during the shooting, which was included in SNMMCH for treatment. It has been told that the truck drivers and laborers who transport goods from the FCI warehouse have strike, with raising rent and wages. Meanwhile, about 20 to 25 people who traveled in two scorpion vehicles reached there and began to threaten them. Subsequently, seven to eight rounds were fired. Local people said the names of FCI warehouse contractor Sanjay Singh and his son Kunal Singh were emerging behind the incident. After the shooting, the workers caught and beat three people and later handed them over to the police. After receiving information about the incident, Manohar Karmali, Kisko Sdpo Vedant Shankar and police forces reached the place. Police seized a gun, two magazines, several Cartridges and a black Scorpio car from the place. BJP flag was found on the scorpion. Police said some people involved in the shooting were detained, while the search for others was running. The weapons recovered from the place were sent to the forensic team for investigation. Workers said that the loading of rice was affected due to the strike, whereby the transport side was angry. The shooting incident took place in this dispute. After the incident, the police force was deployed in Dhansar and Bank MOD police office areas. At the moment, tension remains in the area.
