Furthermore, he requested that performance achievements be clearly measured each year on the basis of valid data, both the number of social assistance recipients and the level of success of empowerment. “My instructions are clear, sharpen the data and then set intervention priorities, and every three months there is an evaluation. It is my responsibility to execute it,” Gus Ipul explained. One of the programs of the Ministry of Social Affairs that prioritized the use of DTSEN and land controls is social rehabilitation assistance (atensi) for orphans (YAPI). From September 2025, this program reached 271,111 of the target of 294,000 beneficiaries, or about 92.25 percent. According to the director of children’s social rehabilitation, Mas Kahono Agung Suhartoyo, all data on the Yapi program recipients were ratified through social rehabilitation assistants who went directly to the field. “We asked it from the social service, and then we carried out the assistant for social assistance.
