MBAPL Q2FY26 Results The fertilizer manufacturer has an increase of 120% in its net profit at a year-to-year (yoy) to £ 30.45 in the September 2025 quarter of £ 13.84 in the same period a year ago. On a quarter-to-quarter (QOQ) base, the net profit increased by 8% from £ 28.20 in the June 2025 quarter, Mbapl said. MBAPL recorded an increase of 61.75% in revenue from operations on a yoy base to £ 450.19 in Q2FY26 from £ 278.31 in Q2FY25. Operating income was at £ 409.68 crore in the same quarter last year. Ebitda for the quarter stood at £ 61.8 crore, up 71%. The Ostwal group firm also reported its highest fertilizer production volumes of 1,18,541 metric tons, while sales volumes also reached their highest level of 1,35,187 tonnes for the period reviewed, the company told. Mbapl’s operating income grew 80% years to £ 859.88 in H1FY26 of £ 478.66 in H1FY25, he added. MK OSTWAL, promoter, chairman and director, who further reflects on the financial results, said: “Our new plant with Dhule with 660,000 MTPA of SSP with backward integration and further extension of 90,000 MTPA DAP/NPK with 165,000 MTPA of SOGAR is good to achieve the growth of growth.” The promoter also noted that the Agricultural Costs and Prices Commission (CACP) proposed a phase increase in ureaf prices. Adopting it can increase subsidies for phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, which may create growth opportunities for NPK, which is an important strategic segment for MBAPL, he added.
