Tata Steel’s Golden Future Scheme 5.0 (ESS/VRS) can be re -launched from October 15. Along with steel wages, this scheme also applies to employees of the NS degree. If you have passed matriculation, you will be restored to two years of training in NS 4 degree. You get stipendium during training. But before the reinstatement, it is compulsory to pass the written exam. There are three chances for this. With this, the second innings will also begin for the company officials. According to earlier schemes, employees who have served the company for ten years can utilize its benefits. Employees over 40 years can also apply for this scheme. Employees who are already becoming surplus or are about to become surplus can also benefit from this scheme. All types of permanent employees can utilize it, in which they will get the same medical facilities as the employees. If employees want, they can also use the facility of medicine. Those who take advantage of the Golden Future scheme receive monthly compensation every month after separating the company. If the age of the applicant is 40 years, he gets the current basic and DA every month. When the person is 50 years old, he gets the basic and DA of the last pay scale. If an employee is older than 55 years, then 1.2 times more pay scale, that is, the last basic and DA, will continue for up to 60 years. If an employee dies halfway, his family will continue to receive the salary until the age of 60. Employees who utilize the scheme can last the quarter for 6 years or until the age of 58. A lump sum of Rs 20 thousand will also be given. Medical facilities will be available for the employee and his family for 60 years.
