The students arrived at Ridwan Kamil’s home in the Cimbule Fellowship area at approximately 15.25 WIB by car and took a long march to the home of the former Governor of West Java. It then created a bad view in society about the image of Islamic residences in the entire Indonesia,” Riki said. Riki said he compared it to Kanjuruhan tragedy, Malang, and other cases of serious human rights violation that took place in Indonesia when talking about serious offenses. The students also asked the Golkar Party chairman, Bahlil Lahadalia, to remove Atalia from her position as a member of the DPR RI. “We ask the general chairman of the Golkar party, Bahlil Lahadalia, to dismiss Ms. Atalia of her position as a member of the DPR RI because her statement caused a riot and is considered contrary to the principles of social justice and the Constitution,” he said. As previously reported, Atalia has urged the government to review the use of APBN funds to improve Al Khoziny Islamic boarding school, Sidoarjo. Atalia believes that the mechanism for the use of the APBN should be clear and fair. “The proposed use of the APBN should be reviewed very seriously, while the legal processes and future policies are fairer, more transparent and do not give rise to social jealousy,” Atalia told reporters last Friday (10/10).
