RPF post inspector Skin Yadav says that Dhobaha resident Mohit Kumar was arrested with Jagatpur on Monday night with Cib Lucknow team, which was jailed on Tuesday. He said that the arrested accused was involved in the train on the train on August 1 and October 8.
