Algeria is completing its project to digitize the government by connecting all ministries to a united network
Algeria has completed to connect all ministries to a single digital network, which contains its national strategy associated with the digitalization of all state institutions, as revealed by Meriem Ben Mouloud, the high conservative minister of digitalization in Algeria, who confirmed that the network is currently activated. In an interview with Al-Sharq, Ben Mouloud pointed out that this united network will facilitate the exchange of data between different government ministry, “which helps to set public policy and accelerate decision-making based on documented and updated data.” The government official added that the data center in Algiers, which is one of the two in the Algerian National Center for Digital Services Project, was opened and currently operating, while 75% of the construction work for the second center in Blida was completed.
