There, the police found a firearm with ammunition. After leaving the house, members of the Resmob sub-directorate, Ditreskrimum Polda Metro, went to another point. In another place, the police found 4 people sitting relaxed. The four people were immediately questioned by police officers. 9 Suspects Arrested Subdit Resmob Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya arrested nine suspects in kidnapping and detention who abused three men in Pondok Aren, South Tangerang (Tangsel). Nine suspects were immediately detained by the police. “A total of nine people have been arrested by investigators from the Criminal Investigation Sub-Directorate of the Metro Jaya Police. These nine people have been named as suspects and have been detained,” Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Brigadier General Ade Ary Syam Indradi, told reporters on Thursday (16/10). Ade Ary explained that the nine suspects had their respective roles. They are MAM, NN, VS, HJE, S, APN, Z, I and MA. He explained that the suspects were charged with the alleged crime of depriving another person of their liberty as regulated in Article 333 of the Penal Code, which carries a maximum prison sentence of 9 years. “The suspects were also charged with the crime of extortion as regulated in Article 368 of the Penal Code with a penalty of 9 years,” he added.
