Greater Noida, October 16 (IANS). A sudden fire broke out in the basement of a private company located in plot number 315 of Udyog Kendra Pratham in Ecotech 3 police station area of ​​Greater Noida. As soon as information about the fire was received, a fire truck from Fire Station Ecotech-III was immediately dispatched to the spot. When the fire brigade team reached the spot, they found that the fire had spread rapidly and was getting very bad. Considering the gravity of the situation, an immediate decision was taken and additional fire tenders were demanded from other stations. Within a short time, a total of five vehicles from different fire stations of the district reached the spot. Without wasting any time, the fire brigade personnel intensified the operation to douse the fire. Due to heavy smoke in the basement, the rescue work was complicated, but the fire brigade bravely entered with safety equipment and continued with efforts to control the fire. After about four hours of hard work and joint efforts, the fire was completely extinguished. The amazing thing is that there was no loss of life in this accident. However, the goods and machinery kept in the basement were damaged due to the fire. Fire officials say the cause of the fire is under investigation. According to initial estimates, short circuit could be the reason, but the situation will become clear only after the investigation report comes.
