Jakarta – The home of a resident, SYW (35), was broken into in Jatisari, Jatiasih, Bekasi City. The victim reported via hotline 110, police officers immediately checked the scene. Jati Asih Police Chief AKP Marganda Siahaan explained that the burglary incident at SYW’s house took place on Saturday afternoon (18/10/2025). At the time, he said, the victim had gone to his parents’ house. “Based on the report of victim SYW (35), the incident started when she and her husband and two children went to their parents’ house,” Marganda told reporters on Saturday (18/10). The victim immediately checked into the house. Sure enough, the contents of his closet were a mess and his valuables were missing. “The victim realized that a number of his belongings were missing, including 5 grams of gold, IDR 1 million in cash, a Redmi Note 10S mobile phone,” explained Marganda. At that time, the victim immediately reported it via hotline 110. Not long after, Jatiasih police officers went to the victim’s house to conduct a crime scene investigation (CSE). “The team immediately checked the crime scene, sought witness statements and looked for possible CCTV footage around the place,” said Marganda. Furthermore, victims are advised to report directly to the Jatiasih Police. This case is currently being investigated by the police. “This case is still under investigation.
