7 GTs in the city operating normally, Jasa Marga: We provide the best service

Jakarta – PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk has confirmed that the seven Toll Gates (GT) on the Inner City Toll Road (Cawang-Tomang-Plut) have returned to normal operation. Jasa Marga continues to provide safe, comfortable and secure services to toll road users. “On behalf of Jasa Marga management, I would like to express my gratitude for the cooperation and support of toll road users, the Police and all parties who supported smooth traffic during the recovery phase. We will continue to provide the best and safest service for toll road users,” Jasa Marga Chief Director Rivan A. Purwantono said in a written statement, Wednesday (22/10/2025). SCROLL TO CONTINUE CONTENT Rivan said that the seven affected GTs, namely Senayan GT, Pejompongan GT, Semanggi 1 GT, Semanggi 2 GT, Kuningan 1 GT, Slipi 1 GT and Slipi 2 GT, had previously caught fire as a result of an action to express opinions. The seven GTs have been operating normally since Tuesday (21/10). To ensure service quality, Rivan A. Purwantono was accompanied by Director of Operations and Services Fitri Wiyanti, Plt. Chief Director of PT Jasamarga Tollway Operator Tri Wahyu Subekti, Chief Director of PT Jasamarga Tollway Maintenance Suchandra P. Hutabarat and staff conducted a direct inspection of the toll gate on the Inner City Toll Road on Monday (20/10). “In the future, Jasa Marga will continue to improve service quality and safety for all toll road users by collaborating with relevant stakeholders,” Rivan concluded.
