In this regard, the government through the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) has released a circular along with implementation guidelines. Provisions for the Youth Pledge Day ceremony In Circular (SE) Number 10.21.33 of 2025, the Ministry of Youth and Sports called on all ministries/institutions, regional governments and youth and community organizations to carry out activities to commemorate the 97th Youth Pledge Day. Including the main activity is the flag ceremony commemorating Youth Promise Day, which was held on: SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Day, Date: Tuesday, 28 October 2025 Time: 08.00 (local time) Place: Within each agency’s premises Nature of ceremony: Solemnity of each ceremony and simple ceremony: Head of each ceremony. Participants: Students, College Students, Youth, Scouts, PMR, SKPD Elements, Youth Organizations and the Community. Arrangements for the Youth Pledge Day ceremony In the SE, the Ministry of Youth and Sports stated that the procedures for the implementation of the 97th Youth Pledge Day anniversary in 2025 refer to the official anniversary guide issued. The guidelines for the organization of events for the flag ceremony are as follows: The Ceremonial Leader enters the Ceremonial field, the troops are taken over by the Ceremonial Leader; The Master of Ceremonies arrives at the Ceremony venue, the line is prepared; General respect for the Master of Ceremonies; Report from the Master of Ceremonies to the Master of Ceremonies that the Ceremony is ready to begin; Raising the red and white flag accompanied by the national song “INDONESIA RAYA”; A moment of silence led by the Master of Ceremonies; Reading of the Pancasila text by the Ceremony Supervisor, followed by all Ceremony participants; Reading of the attachment text of the 1945 Constitution; Read the text of the decision of the 1928 Indonesian Youth Congress; Sing the song “SATU NUSA SATU NATION”; The award ceremony is accompanied by the song “BAGIMU NEGERI” (if any); Reading of the President’s Speech / Message from the Master of Ceremonies; Sing the song “WAKE UP YOUTH PEOPLE”; Sing prayers; Master of Ceremonies Report; General respect for the Master of Ceremonies; The Master of Ceremonies is happy to leave the ceremony room.
