Goa gave me a new opportunity and he proposed a leadership of me. My first goal is to perform better for India. Whenever I am free from national responsibility, I will play for Goa and try to take them further in the tournament. This was an important opportunity in my way and I took it.

The MCA officer said in a conversation with PTI, ‘Yes it was a surprising thing. Yashchavi Jaiswal must have thought about this change. He requested us to relieve him and we accepted it. ‘Gova Cricket Association Secretary Shamba Desai said,’ Yashsvi Jaiswal wants to play for us and we welcome them. He will play for us from the next season.

Jaiswal is a third cricketer

Yashsvi Jaiswal has become the third cricketer from Mumbai to Goa from Goa. Earlier, Arjun Tendulkar and Siddhesh Lad have also taken NOC for Goa. Lad and Tendulkar were connected to Goa before the 2022-23 season.
