Grand Ram Navami festival organized at Baps Hindu Temple in Abu Dhabi

New -Delhi, April 6 (IANS). Ramnavami and Swaminarayan Jayanti were celebrated with great reverence and grandeur in the world -famous Baps Hindu Temple in Abu Dhabi on Sunday. It was a historic moment for cultural and spiritual harmony in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In a statement, it is said that dedicated from all over the region met in the temple to participate in dedication and cultural programs. According to the head priest Pujya Brahmavihari Swami of the Temple, the festival was arranged throughout the day, which began from 09:00 to 12 p.m. The statement reads: “In the ceremony, there are a great multitude of united dedicated and visitors in the dedication of Lord Rama and Lord Swaminarayan. This spiritual gathering serves as a ray of peace, unity and eternal Hindu values, of which the echo is also heard across the boundaries.” One of the most important attractions of the program was a special cultural presentation by Baps on the platform such as the Holy Sangam of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. Young artists brought the divine and inspiring life of Lord Rama alive, which captivated the audience. The Baps Hindu Temple at Abu Dhabi stands as a symbol of inter -religious harmony, dedication and global Hindu pride. Ramnavami is a Hindu festival that is a celebration of the birth of Lord Rama. Lord Rama is also known as the seventh ‘avatar’ of Vishnu. Ramnavami comes on the ninth day of the ‘Shukla Paksha’ of the Chandra Chakra of ‘Chaitra’ (March-April), which is the last month of the Hindu calendar.
