The smallpox has spread in different African countries ... and the announcement of "an emergency"
The African centers to combat diseases and prevention, attached to the African Union, announced on Tuesday what it calls a ‘general healthy need for continental safety’, due to the distribution of smallpox, after spreading from the Democratic Republic of Congo to neighboring countries. And smallpox is a disease that is transmitted by making carefully contact, causing symptoms, flu, stuffed pills, and most cases of infection are soft, but can lead to death. The outbreak of the disease in the Congo began spreading an endemic dynasty known as “Claid 1”, but it seems that the new strain, known as “Clelad IP”, is easily spread by routine contact, especially among children. And the African centers to combat diseases warned a few days ago that the appearance of the viral infection was trading, and said that more than 15,000 cases of smallpox and 461 deaths had been monitored on the continent since the beginning of this year, an increase of 160% in the same period last year.
