The Once-Popular Restaurant Chain Evos has abruptly closed its three remaining locations.
The last restaurants, located in three florida cities, shut their doors for good after 31 years in business.
The chain confirmed the news on April 4 but did not reveal the reasons behind the closures.
‘We’ve enjoyed this chapter of our lives immensely, but all good things come to an end,’ said co-founder Michael Jeffers.
“We have no regrets and we leave having taken steps to secure jobs and futures for our valued team.”
Evos was not a restaurant giant compared to wendy’s or Citizen Kingbut it was known for its Health-Conscious menu offerings.

‘When you walk into evos and hold an evos cup, you feel good, or you feel great eating what you are eating,’ Lambridis said in 2008.
“People are Willing to spend more for something that is inherently good for them and make a difference.”
Besides food, evos used recycled materials to create its packaging and made brochures with soy-based recycled paper.
