New -Delhi, the Supreme Court on Monday, said that the rule of law in Uttar Pradesh is completely over. This was revealed after the FIR was submitted by state police in civil matters. A Bench of Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar and Justice KV Vishwanathan filed an affidavit with the director general of the police and on the basis of the Gautam Budh Nagar district police station and asked to explain why criminal law was implemented. The Chief Justice said: “The rule of law in Uttar Pradesh is completely over. It is not acceptable to turn the civil matter into a criminal case.” The bank was angry that a lawyer said the fir had been submitted because it was a long time to resolve civil disputes. The Chief Justice said: “What is happening in UP is wrong. The everyday civil cases are converted into criminal cases. It is absurd, not just money cannot be made a crime.” Share this story -tags
