Chinese company invests and manufactures hydro -electrical stations in Nepal
Beijing, April 10 (IANS). The official operating ceremony of the hydroelectric station invested and built by China Harbor Engineering Company Limited was arranged in Nepal. The operation of this project will help reduce local power supply voltage. In this ceremony held in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, Hitendra Dev Shaky, managing director of Nepali Electricity Authority, said that the operation of the Sanjeen Khola hydroelectric station is very important for Nepal and it will help reduce the duration of power cuts in industrial areas. At the same time, Wang Shin, acting ambassador to the Chinese Embassy in Nepal, said that the hydroelectric project would help adjust the local energy structure, reduce the cost of electricity and provide positive incentives for economic growth. On the other hand, Deepak Khadka, Minister of Energy Sources and Irrigation of Nepal, said that the Society opened the hydroelectric station, was started during the dry season of Nepal and its construction was completed when the 70th anniversary of a diplomatic relations between Nepal and China celebrated the 70th anniversary.
