Mamta government's protection against rioters in Murshidabad: Jagdambika Pal

Lucknow, April 15 (IANS). After the WAQF amendment bill was approved in parliament, the opposition is constantly protesting. A petition was also filed by the opposition parties against the WAQF Amendment Act. However, violence broke out in Murshidabad, Bengal, in the midst of it all. The government of Mamata Banerjee came under the target of BJP regarding this violence. The BJP MP of Parliament Jagdambika Pal said that the only reason behind the violence in Murshidabad is that the rioters are protected by the Mamta government. During a conversation with the Ians news agency Tuesday, BJP parliamentary Jag Dambika Pal said that the minority ministers of the Bengal government openly fight people among themselves by making statements. He says that WAQF will not fulfill the law. On the other hand, the chief minister of the state of Mamata Banerjee says she does not allow the WAQF law to be implemented in Bengal. While the WAQF Act has been approved by the majority in parliament and will be implemented in all countries. No state can refuse to implement it. The BJP MP said Mamta had also made a statement about the CAA earlier that she did not allow CAA to be implemented in the state. However, CAA applies today in Bengal. The BJP MP said Murshidabad was sponsored by the state government. Hindus had to migrate there and go to the Malda district. The rioters attacked the father and son in a family. I think there is no such thing as the law in Bengal. The law is played and the police are sitting while dumb spectators and chief minister Mamata Banerjee are openly busy with the politics of Muslim. Mamta offers ration cards to Rohingyas and Bangladeshi’s in the state. The amendment of the WAQF Act by the current government is in the interests of poor Muslims. The benefits taken away from them so far have ensured the Modi government that it gets them. No one should be objected to this, but everyone should welcome this amendment. In the congregation, the Act was amended in 2013 and section 40 was added. According to this section, WAQF can pronounce its ownership on any land. That didn’t hear anywhere. He further said that the MPs of Congress say that if their government comes, they will throw the Waqf Act in the trash. I want to tell them that he couldn’t reach 100 seats for years and talk that he threw the law. He abuses Muslim religious leaders. Rahul Gandhi was absent when the Waqf Amendment Bill transferred in parliament. If he finds it unconstitutional, why didn’t he join the discussion? If a petition was filed against the WAQF Amendment Act in the Supreme Court, why is there why violence was needed. It clearly shows that the violence of Bengal is sponsored by the state government. The BJP MP of Parliament Jag Dambika Pal further said that a large number of Bangladesh -Rohingya Western Bengals had entered and that the central government repeatedly said they should be returned, as the country’s resources have the right to the Bangladeshis, not the Bangladeshi’s, but the citizens of India. Nevertheless, Mamata Banerjee openly gives them protection and makes them voters. It is natural that it will provoke violence. After the command of the Supreme Court, paramilitary forces were deployed. However, a large number of Hindus migrate. -Ians DKM/CBT Share this story Tags
