Hardoi, April 20 (IANS). Uttar Pradesh Excise Minister Nitin Aggarwal made a big statement during the ‘I Rashtra I -election’ program held at the Mahendra Plaza Hotel in Hardoi. He said that those who understand the language of the pole must be explained by the language of the pole.
