Defense Secretary Discussion on Drone, Monitoring, Defense Space and Aviation in London
New -Delhi, April 18 (IANS). India and the UK have reviewed the emerging regional and global geopolitical scenario. The review was done during the two -day London Tour of the Minister of Defense Rajesh Kumar Singh. The defense secretary is also considering increasing military connectivity between the Army, Navy and the Air Force of the two countries here. Drone, monitoring, defense space and aviation were also discussed with the UK. Defense Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh was on an official visit to London on April 16 and 17. In the visit, he led an Indian delegation at a high level for the annual bilateral defensive negotiations with the United Kingdom. During the visit, he together existed the 24th meeting of India -k Defense Advisory Group with permanent under secretary David Williams for defense. The two parties have expressed their shared commitment to reviewing the emerging regional and global geopolitical landscape, as well as deepening defense relations. The Ministry of Defense gave in this regard on Friday, saying that the discussion took place in the context of the comprehensive strategic partnership announced in 2021 and the 2030 road map, further supporting the collaboration between the two countries. The defense secretary also died with British national security advisor Jonathan Powell, in which there was a discussion between the three armies to expand military connectivity. In this conversation here, the focus was on strengthening the collaboration between the defense industries of the two countries. The defense secretary addressed the participants at the India-Ik Defense Industry Round Table Conference organized by the British Indian Business Council in London. Defense Minister Rajesh Kumar Singh emphasized the growing capabilities of Indian Start-ups in large defense areas such as naval system, drone, monitoring, defense space and aviation here. He urged British companies to find the possibility of partnership with these Indian innovators. He drew attention to his ability to provide cost -effective and sophisticated solutions. The defense secretary also said that India is working closely with the British ministry to increase industry connectivity and develop industrial cooperation in the future. It is noteworthy that there was a significant discussion between India and Italy earlier about defense of defense and defense relations. This discussion took place in Rome, the capital of Italy. Indian defense secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh officially visited Rome on April 14 and 15. During this time, the two countries discussed the status of marine collaboration, the Red Sea (Red C) and the West Indies region.
