Madhya Pradesh: Prohibition on Non -Investment Enterprises in Maihar and Dewas in Navratri

Bhopal, March 29 (IANS). Chaitra Navratri starts on Sunday, March 30. During this time, the affairs of Maihar, the religious place of Madhya Pradesh and the Non -Avetarian enterprise in Dewas will be completely banned. At the occasion of Navratri, a period of special worship will begin at different religious places of the state. The sale of liquor will be completely banned from April 1 at 19 sacred sites of the state. At the same time, investment companies in Maihar and Dewas will not be limited. According to an order issued by the Mayor of Dewas Municipal Corporation, Geeta Aggarwal, the sale of mutton, chicken, fish and eggs will be completely limited in Dewas City from the day of Ram Navami, in light of the religious sentiments of commiters coming from the city and outside at the Feast of Chaitra Navratri. The mayor said that a large number of dedicated from outside the city and the city visit the famous pilgrimage of Maa Tulja Bhavani and Maa Chamunda Tekri. Considering their feelings and religious importance, the city’s entire businesses, shops and the sale of meat, fish and eggs are banned. The mayor ordered the municipal corporation’s sanitation inspector Harendra Singh Thakur to issue a notice to close the meat sellers during Navratri and propose departmental action for violating the order. In the religious city of Maihar, Vikas Singh, subdivision officer, also issued an order to ban meat, fish and egg purchases from midnight from March 30 to April 7. This order said that people reached the tourism city of Maihar with dedication, so that the sale of meat, fish and eggs would be banned.
