Even after six months of selling sugarcane, 40 Crore Rupees' payment of farmers pending, the Boer Congress demonstrated

Even after six months of selling sugarcane in the Kabirdham district, farmers did not receive the payment of Rs 40 crore. On this issue, the Kisan Congress performed a protest march outside Pandaria’s Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cooperative Sugar Factory on Friday. The protesters arrived to surround the factory by beating the plates and blowing flags, but the police stopped them by putting barriers. Sugarcane is grown annually in Kabirdham and two cooperative sugar factories on 35,000 hectares of land and more than 200 private hunting mills operate in the district. Ravi Chandravanshi, leader of the Boer Congress, said the payment was pending despite repeated requests from the factory management. He warned that if the payment was not made within ten days, the wheel would be stuck indefinitely. The President of the Congress Committee, Naveen Jaiswal, said his party will always fight for the rights of farmers. He claimed that the condition of farmers was getting worse after the BJP government came to power. Share this story -tags
