"I wanted to become an architect, fulfilled father's dream by becoming a lawyer," CJI Br Gavai said at the reception

New -Delhi, May 17 (IANS). The reception ceremony was organized by the Ball Council of India on Saturday in honor of Chief Justice of India Br Gavai. In this honorary ceremony, Br Gavai said about his 40 -year advocacy career that he did not want to become an advocate. His dream was to become an architect. He thanks the ‘Bar Council’ during the reception ceremony. He said this ceremony is a true image of diversity in India. Our Constitution is very suitable for the diversity of our country. There is regional, geographical, economic diversity in our country. When I consider my 40 -year -old journey, I find that I did not become an advocate with my wish. I wanted to become the first architect. I still follow my passion because I was the chairman of the Infrastructure Committee of the High Court in Bombay. He said that my father participated in Br Ambedkar’s movement for social revolution. After graduation, he wanted to become an advocate, but he could not take the LLB exam because he was in jail. Therefore, he wanted one of his sons to be an advocate. I fulfilled his dream. India president Manan Kumar Mishra said Chief Justice Gavai recently said that the role of CJI is demanding a long -term approach for the institution. CJI’s duties were not only limited to the Supreme Court, but were spread throughout the country to the entire justice system. On behalf of the entire legal community, I assure them of full cooperation and dedication to achieving the visionary goals. I express my deepest thanks to the service of Justice Gawai for the nation and our justice system. Let us know that Judge Br Gavai was sworn in as the 52nd CGI of India on May 14.
