A new demo vaccine can eliminate monkeys
An American company develops a new demo vaccine to prevent smallpox, and a monkey and a monkey, which combines the benefits of the available vaccines currently available. The current small vaccine is available in two types, one of which depends on a single injection containing a live virus, but it carries the dangers of serious side effects, while the newer second type uses a virus that is unable to multiply and has lower side effects but requires two doses. The new experimental vaccine aims to combine the effective protection of the first type and the high security of the second type, using a horse -water pucks as a protective factor. A Monkey waterpox vaccine showed that a new study published in the MSPHERE Journal that the horse’s chickenpox used in this vaccine showed much less active than the vaccinia virus used in the monochrome vaccine of the US food and drug administration, which is less likely to cause a general infection in the body. “We want to achieve an immune effectiveness similar to the old smallpox vaccines, with the high level of safety in modern vaccines, and so far the data shows promising results”> emphasized that they want to achieve a balance between effectiveness and safety at the same time. The smallpox, caused by variola virus, is a serious illness, and the death rates that led from 30% to 97%, and thousands of years have begun to record injuries. The World Health Organization led an effective vaccination campaign that started in the 1950s, and could completely eliminate smallpox as it was announced permanently in 1980. On the other hand, the chickenpox is a similar disease, which is caused by viruses belonging to the same small family, and is scientifically known as the monkeypox virus. Since 2022, the world has seen several waves of the outbreaks of the Aappocks, and the percentage of deaths of 0.2% and 11% have varied. A strong immune response and uses one of the current smallpox vaccines, the Vaccinia virus that belongs to the less dangerous orthopox virus, helps the body to form immunity to infection. However, recent research has discovered that the smallpox used before the American Civil War contains a similar virus with more than 99% of the horses of waterpox, which opened the door to question the possibility of using horses to develop a vaccine that protects the disease without causing unwanted side effects. Previous studies known by the US company as Tonix Pharmaceuticals have shown that the experimental vaccine based on a horse’s chickenpox has a strong immune response, without causing the disease in the non -human majority. The vaccine also provides complete protection of these animals against the exposure to the killer virus that causes monkey chicken without the occurrence of pathological symptoms. The vaccine safety test, and in the new study, the researchers compared the multiplication of the virus in cells taken from humans and mice between the stems of the pollen virus, and the experimental horse water pucks virus. They found that the horse -water pucks virus was weakened about a thousand times compared to the stems of the pollen virus, which means it contains a much lower concentration than infectious molecules. This weakness means that the horse virus is less likely to cause regular infection in the body. In experiments, the mice vaccinated with traditional pollen breeds showed severe symptoms, while the mice that received the experimental vaccine had no negative effects. The company is currently preparing to perform the first clinical stage experiences to test the safety of the vaccine on humans. Although smallpox is no longer in research labs in the United States and Russia, there is seeking smallpox vaccines as a defensive measure against the possibility of using it as a biological terrorist factor. But the most important challenge is currently preventing the outbreak of monkeys in the future, and the team hopes that the new vaccine will contribute to providing effective protection against the two diseases.
