Jakarta – The Ministry of Immigration and Corrections (Imipas) contributed non-tax government revenue (PNBP) from the immigration sector with an increasing value. The increase was 18.6 percent, namely from the previous year’s Immigration period from IDR 7 trillion to IDR 8.3 trillion until October 17, 2025. The Immigration Directorate General (Ditjen) of the Ministry of Immipas said that the increase in PNBP occurred due to several factors. One of them is innovation in improving service quality. “Immigration services must be adaptable and easy, as a form of a clean and reliable country,” Agus Adrianto, Minister of Immipas, told journalists on Monday (20/10/2025). PAGE TO CONTINUE CONTENT It is noted that the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Imipas has innovated through the All Indonesia application, the implementation of the Golden Visa Indonesia, Immigration Lounge facilities, the optimization of the number of auto holes at international airports, and the digitization of the service system for immigration products. “So keep improving and don’t be complacent. We ask for the support of the community and all stakeholders to create a cleaner and more reliable immigration service,” Minister Agus said. All Indonesia is known to be a cross-agency integration system that speeds up the process of declaring passengers from abroad at major airports and ports. Then the Indonesian Golden Visa is an innovative policy to attract investors and world quality talent. Furthermore, the Immigration Lounge is a premium facility at international airports that offers fast, comfortable and classy service to priority visa holders, investors and government guests. Then, the optimization of autogates at international airports aims to speed up the immigration inspection process. And finally, digitization of visa, residence permit and electronic passport services, accompanied by an online queuing system and electronic payments. “Digital services have been proven to speed up service times, reduce the level of public complaints, and increase the volume of PNBP transactions. Apart from that, the increase in foreign tourist visits and the influx of investors also contribute to income from the visa and residence permit sector,” explains Acting Director General of Immigration at the Ministry of Immipas, Yuldi Yusman. The performance of the Ministry of Immipas by the Directorate General of Immigration was also recognized based on a number of awards and achievements received, including: – Silver winner of the 2025 Indonesian Public Relations Award in the Government Public Relations program category of the ‘Immigration Protects the Country’ campaign – Best Public Service Innovation Award from the Ministry of Stacratic Reform Administrative and Visa Services – Realization of strengthening cooperation with BNPT, Polri and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in surveillance of foreigners and prevention of Foreign Terrorist Fighters (FTF) – Implementation of the Immigration Seamless Ecosystem at various Immigration Checkpoints (TPI) – Establishment of an Immigration Lounge as a symbol of international standard premium service. Previously, it was reported that the Ministry of Immipas, through the Directorate General of Immigration, experienced an increase in non-tax government revenue (PNBP) of IDR 8.3 trillion.
