Lohia Institute spokeswoman Bhuvan Chandra Tiwari said the child was taken to the hospital in a dead state. The team investigated, but the child died before reaching the institute. Kishore’s body is currently being held in the morgue of the Lohia Institute. Post mortem will be performed on Thursday. Police question the family and collect information from their level.
