A woman claimed to lose the ability to speak for 16 years, after she had an accident, to receive disability.
The woman, who works in a supermarket, was attacked by a customer in 2003 and her condition was later diagnosed with post -trauma and false deaf disorder.
On this diagnosis, the woman obtained a permanent disability pension, with the insurance company covering the cost due to the nature of the accident related to the work.
Years later, during a routine review, the insurance company found in the medical records of women, and it was found that any of the doctors who visited them since 2009 had no speech problems.
This caused doubts, which prompted the company to assign a team of specialists to reassess its condition.
The insurance company appointed a private investigator, and after several weeks of observation, the investigator stated that the woman was communicating naturally in public places, by talking to other parents, using her phone, and participating in Zumba lessons.
