Big change in administrative structure in Delhi! These districts can end, now only 13 districts will be

The Delhi government has decided to make major changes in the administrative structure of the capital. Delhi will now have 13 districts instead of 11. The boundaries and names of existing districts will also be changed. This decision was made for administrative reforms, better coordination between departments and rapid correction of public grievances. Small districts, faster work, believe the government that reducing the size of the districts will speed up the work and strengthen the supervision. There were often disputes between different borders departments, but the formation of new districts and boundaries will end such disputes. There will also be the benefit of the facility to send all their complaints directly to the District Magistrate (DM). DM gets more forces. The new structure gives the District Magistrate equal to the district magistrates of other states. This means that the nodal officers of the Delhi Jal Board, the Department of Public Works, the Department of Social Welfare and other major departments will now be in the DM office. Not only will it improve the coordination, but the public does not have to go many offices. Changes in districts and names intend to build new districts of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (MCD) zone. Currently, Delhi has 12 zones that will be reorganized in the districts. In this process, the name and geographical location of some existing districts can change. The Shahdara district is believed to be abolished, while South and Southeast districts can also be restructured. Similarly, changes in the names and boundaries of the Delhi and North West districts are also possible. The public is expected to have the greatest benefit from the formation of new districts for the administration. In each district, the responsibilities of the officers will be corrected and work will be accelerated. Being a small district will make it easier to monitor services such as health, education, water and roads. The next process prepared the Delhi government a proposal for this decision. Now it will be notified after the approval of the Cabinet and the consent of the Lieutenant -Governor. Thereafter, the formation of two new districts will be formally implemented. The names of these 11 districts are as follows: New Delhi, Central Delhi, West Delhi, East Delhi, North Delhi, South Delhi, Northwest Delhi, Northeast Delhi, Southwest Delhi, Southeast Delhi and Shahdara.
