Purwadi said four main strategies are needed to realize world -class public services, namely effective management with data -based, transparent and participatory supervision. Then competent human resources that are still a greater capacity, accompanied by evaluation and performance of performance. Furthermore, the support of adequate facilities and sustainable innovations that utilizes technology, process efficiency and collaboration between institutions. According to him, the All Indonesia platform is an important breakthrough. The platform integrates immigration, customs, quarantine and health services into a digital ecosystem, so that the arrival process becomes faster, integrated, inclusive, participating and sustainable. All Indonesia can be a good practice to implement the national airport services and become a reference for other airports. “This platform can support the realization of the vision of public services of world -class and strengthen the position of Indonesia on the world scene.
