The local court presented DSP Kalyan Anand in the Sheikhpura court on June 7. Public Prosecutor Uday Narayan Sinha gave information that the arrest was made by the Court of the Chief Justice of Sheikhpura of the Chief District for not giving evidence in a murder case registered with the Sheikhopursarai police station in the Sheikhpura district. The researcher of the said murder case was DSP Kalyan Anand. The case is from 2020 when DSP Kalyan Anand was the Sheikhopursarai police station in the Sheikhpura district as a pupil. Then on December 2, 2020, a young man named Hemant Kumar in the Kabirpur village of the Sheikhopursarai police station died and DSP Kalyan Anand was his researcher as SSO. Anand is currently a DSP in Kahalgaon in the Bhagalpur district. In the said case of murder, the testimony of the researcher in the local court of Sheikhpura is pending. The order to issue warrants was approved on Thursday if it is not present for evidence, even after some summons.
