Uttar Pradesh: tight security arrangements in Gautam Budh Nagar on Eid-ul-Azha, Police Alert Mode

Gautam Budh Nagar, June 6 (IANS). At the Eid-Ex-Azha, police commissioner Gautam Budh Nagar made extensive safety arrangements to maintain peace in the district. Under the guidance of police commissioner Laxmi Singh, the security scheme is under the supervision of the additional police commissioner law and ordered Rajiv Narayan Mishra and additional commissioner of police headquarters Ajay Kumar. The police section identified 44 IDGAHS, 178 mosques and 26 sensitive sites in the district, where sufficient police force was deployed with a view to the possibility of large crowds. A large number of policemen were imposed on duty to ensure a peaceful and safe environment, including six DCPs, seven ADCPs, 14 ACPs, 27 in Charge inspectors/police stations, 40 inspectors, 748 subinspectors (SIS), 110 women’s sis, 1400 main constables and 360 women’s main constables. In addition, six Tis, 37 TSIs, 190 main constables and 210 constables were on duty to keep the traffic system good. Special vigilance is taken in sensitive areas. Additional police forces as well as two businesses from PAC, 15 teams QRT and two teams of commandos were deployed in these areas. The help of drone cameras and electronic supervision is done for monitoring. Policemen in ordinary clothing were also deployed in mixed populated areas. Police are also actively monitoring social media platforms. Strict legal action has been warned against the elements trying to spread any rumor. The district police officers called on peace by holding meetings with religious leaders and enlightened citizens in their respective areas. The ordinary people were requested not to pay attention to rumors and celebrate the festival with harmony and joy.
